Great fun vibe! I felt like it was Friday on a Tuesday! Sincerely! We stood at the door for about 30 seconds with out a hello BUT! they were very busy, and Destiny who was clocked out, purse in hand, going out the door, turned around and got a Host! Destiny always keep that spirit of, being of service and you will go far! Thank you Destiny! The drinks were great, music was hype, hot on time food and super friendly staff! I did not get the managers name but he stopped by and checked on us twice, thanks guy! Your team is a reflection of you. GREAT JOB!
They are not worthy of one star. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD! Been waiting over an hour for our food. Service is slow! Orders were incorrect! Still waiting for fries and its THE EASIEST THING ON THE MENU TO MAKE!
I am visiting from Pennsylvania and was looking for somewhere to pick up dinner..I was skeptical about choosing this Fridays because of the reviews posted.. but did so anyway because of the limited options I have. I ordered online ahead of time & went to pick it up. The employees were friendly and efficient & I have no complaints about the food (Nothing was missing and my food was cooked perfect.) I must say as well, it was super chaotic inside. It was karaoke night and the restaurant was packed, and yet my order was right!
Update: WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR FRIES AFTER WE HAVE FINISHED OUR MEAL! This is the most ghetto Fridays EVER. Need some new damn management! ZERO START
Worst service ever! First the guy on the phone didn’t listen correctly and got my order wrong. So my friend didn’t get to eat, because they took so long getting our food ready we didn’t have time wait. They gave me the tiniest cup of ranch. When we asked for 3 more less than half way filled cups. They told us we could not have more than two. Which I don’t believe they have a limit on condiments. They shouldn’t especially for a customer who’s order is wrong, and waited forever and also gave no discount or any F’s for the inconvenience. Too many workers of low intelligence and morale in one place.
Good Lil watering hole especially Tuesday (Dj night ) and Wednesday (karaoke night ) it's usually pretty lit those nights. Talented and friendly bartenders, great drinks, exceptional service, good times, and the food is glorious.
